Stock Up
Buy your year-supply of pastured chickens to stock up your deep freezer at home. Our chickens freeze very well for over a year.
Come to the Farm
We will work with each customer to find out how many is best for you to buy each slaughter. For instance, if you live further away, you may want to get all 26 chickens at once. However, if you live closer, you may want to purchase 6 or 7 chickens per slaughter day.
Our slaughter days this year are planned as follows:
May 28 July 7 August 11 October 6
This means the chickens will be ready for pick-up about three days later. They will be refrigerated, and it will be your job to either freeze or refrigerate them at home.
*the $100 deposit will come off your total purchase price and is not an additional fee. To receive the bulk discount, the 26 chickens must be purchased by one household, not split between families. Additionally, we are only able to offer this discount to 10 families max.
What people are saying
“I just placed our order and I am so excited. Do you know how hard it is to find chicken from the store that doesn’t stink when you open the wrapper? Even organic? Plus if we can support our farms directly than that is an added bonus.”

Pasture-Raised Chicken is Good for the Soil
While we love that chickens raised on pasture are healthier for us and the chickens themselves, it’s an added bonus that this is wonderful for soil health!
Raising chickens with daily moves means they get fresh grass, pasture plants, and bugs daily. It also means their manure is spread out over the pasture so that it becomes as asset to feed the soil, rather than becoming a run-off problem.
Good for Chickens, Good for Us, Good for Soil
