Field Trips
We offer field trips for elementary, middle school, and high school, as well as homeschool groups. Field trips include a farm tour and seasonal farming activity (usually planting or harvesting). Depending on the ages being served, we also include a nature walk and storytime or a farming-and-philosophy lecture.
Field trips are scheduled for half-day time slots, either morning or afternoon: 10 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 3 pm. If this exact timing will not work for you, please contact us to see how we can accommodate your group. With either time frame, your group is welcome to picnic on the farm for lunch.
The field trip fee is $200 per half-day.
Farm Tours
We offer farm tours available for booking on most Saturdays! On a farm tour, you can expect to spend one hour with one of the farmers, seeing an overview of the farm including the livestock and the vegetable gardens.
The cost of a tour for a small group of up to 5 people is $50. A tour for a large group of 6 or more people is $100.
CSA Members have the yearly chance to take a free farm tour during our first CSA pick-up of the year.
