I have been making brioche burger/sausage buns for special holidays for years, and I am excited to offer these to you for your Fourth of July celebration!
I will be baking on Wednesday and these rolls will be available for pick-up on Thursday! There will be 8 rolls per pack, at $15/pack. I use only the best ingredients for our family, and I will do the same for yours!
These brioche dinner rolls are light and fluffy, with plenty of flavor, but without the artificial food coloring that you often find in store-bought brioche! The yellow coloring in my rolls comes from the eggs from our hens raised on pasture!
The ingredient list includes: organic all-purpose flour, French sea salt, sucanat (a less processed version of cane sugar), yeast, eggs from our farm, milk, sourdough leaven, and butter!
I can only make a limited amount of these rolls, so get your order in soon if you want to have these on your Fourth of July table!
