Whole Chickens will be $7.50/pound and will average 4 1/2 pounds. Starting in May, we will have 142 chickens available for purchase at regular price. If you’d like to put down a deposit on any of these, that is possible through our online store. Deposits are $5 per chicken. Deposits will be taken off your total purchase and are not an additional fee. Starting in May, we will have 142 chickens available for purchase at regular price. If you’d like to put down a deposit on any of these, that is possible through our online store. Deposits are $5 per chicken. Deposits will be taken off your total purchase and are not an additional fee.

Our slaughter days this year are planned as follows:

August 11

October 6

This means the chickens will be ready for pick-up about three days later. They will be refrigerated, and it will be your job to either freeze or refrigerate them at home.

You may also make your chicken purchase in the weeks between chicken slaughters and your chicken will be frozen.
