Zucchini Pizza Boats

Got big zucchini, make pizza boats!!

Basil and Zucchini from the farm!

I scoop out seeds, drizzle with oil, cook about 20 mins at 350 to soften zucchini, add the sauce, mozzarella and basil, then cook another 5ish!
