Kelly’s Cranberry Hibiscus Tea

Here is a recipe from CSA member Kelly!

Step 1: Wash 6-10 oz of cranberry hibiscus (to desired strength)

Step 2: (optional) You can choose to chop leaves for a more earthy taste.

Step 3: Prepare water in tea pot, once whistling, pour over leaves in glass jar (1/2 gallon). Fill to top of jar.

Step 4: Let steep for 15 mins to 1 hour depending on desired strength.

Step 5: Strain into another glass container and add 1.5 cups of desired sweetener (sugar, honey, etc), stir.

Step 6: Fill gallon container with ice. Then pour tea over ice. Add cold water to fill gallon container to top.

Step 7: Enjoy!
